This is from the vaults of one of the original flying disc collectors, Gary Seubert. These are potentially some of the earliest plastic minis produced. Maybe as early as 1962.

From my source: As Paul A Price (the PAP in Papco) did business with Wham-O (selling vending machine Mini Superballs), could he have experimented making minis, given up on the idea due to lack of quality (Papco generally made smaller items such as toy soldiers and football players), and given them to Wham-O? A bag of them in an old collection might be just that. I would love to prove Papco made plastic minis before Wham-O.
