Volume I was first released in 2005 and was originally titled "Ultimate--The First Four Decades". Now it is 193 pages and still features lots of great photography. It covers the early years from 1968 until 2004.
Vol. II covers the history of the sport of ultimate frisbee from 2005-2018. It has 205 pages with over 200 photos cover 2005 through 2018 and covers the UPA transition to USAU, the beginning of the Triple Crown tour, the gender equity backlash and more.
These are both coffee-table style books with great ultimate photos and a detailed history.
