Frisbees and flying discs are part of the rich history of disc sports. Discs that
were provided to competitors for events and discs that were the pioneers of the
sports we play now. The way they flew and the way they felt in your hand were
the reasons we kept coming back and throwing them more, inventing new games and
developing new product.
This was part of the competitor player package for the 1980 Rose Bowl. The culmination
of the NAS Series events that was title The World Frisbee Championships and run
by Wham-O. This disc is in excellent unthrown condition. It also has a bottom
stamp that provides a place for player signatures. This is the 80 C mold which
was the first re-tooling of the popular 80 mold disc.
