This is a slightly overstable mid to long range disc. It works great at a variety of arm speeds. The Roc is one of our most popular all around golf discs and the standard by which others are measured. The Roc+, or Roc Plus, has a banked inner-rim which makes for a thicker rim and different feel in the hand which many players have taken to.
