This is a highly collectible first period Aviar. This is Innova's second mold
they produced. This particular version of the Aviar has the tiny raised letters
on the underside of the disc indicating Patent Pending (no number). It also has
Innova Champion Discs in raised letters on the underside of the disc. By most
accounts the Avair is one of the most used golf discs on the course even today.
This disc probably came out mid 1984. This off white color and the stiff flex
of the disc was the reason for the name "Cream Dream". This was probably stamped
before they had the new design. This "Football" Stamp has rarely been seen on
an
Aviar.
