This was the original 2nd generation Sky-Styler that was produced for
the FPA in 1979 and '80. This is also the original logo of the FPA. At
this time there was a movement to take the title of "World Freestyle
Champion" away from the overall World Championships that Wham-O was
producing at the time. The FPA and the UPA were the first player
organizations to break away from Wham-O and start producing events
independently. This is a thin ring styler with no raised letters.
