This collectable HDX was at one time the hottest thing around for
freestyle frisbee in the early 1980's. This was the revolution of a
more durable plastic
that would hold up to the abuse of kicking and tipping. It was the
first disc also to experiment with new attractive colors. Still today
the HDX is a popular for recreational throw and catch and freestyle
play. These HDX discs on this page are part of a collection that is for
sale and supply is limited to this one disc in this color
pictured here. The 61 mold was used only for a short time in the
HDX series. Now the 100 mold is the disc that completes the set with
the 165 gram size. The 61 mold is no longer in production.
This disc is in excellent condition. It does have some delay marks and is slightly
used. This is the 3 ring 61 mold for those who know the difference
